Return & Refund Information

Return Policy

You may return ordered goods within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the delivery service) took possession of the goods.

You can announce your return, for example, by letter, e-mail, or telephone. The deadline is met if the notification is sent before the expiry of the 14 days.

Refund

After receiving your return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment.

Return Shipment

Please return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion from the Right of Return | Returns excluded:

• Opened spare parts, as soon as the original packaging has been opened or the component has been installed
• Goods that have been damaged by improper handling or incorrect installation
