How do I find the right replacement pump for my heating system?

Simply send us a photo of your current pump or its nameplate via email or Whatsapp. Our experts will identify the right model for you.

What happens if the delivered pump doesn't fit?

Of course, you have a right of return in accordance with statutory provisions. To avoid this happening in the first place, we will be happy to assist you in advance with selecting the right pump.

What do the statuses "used" or "refurbished" mean for your pumps?

These are carefully reconditioned and tested pumps that offer a cost-effective alternative and are in working order.

What product categories do you carry besides pumps?

In addition to heating, domestic water, booster, and submersible pumps, we also offer electrical engineering (electrical materials, motors, transformers), heating/plumbing accessories, as well as heat pumps and suitable heat exchangers.

Do you also carry spare parts and accessories for pumps?

Yes, our product range includes mechanical seals, pump controls, junction boxes, flanges, insulation shells, and other pump accessories.

Do you also have spare parts for electrical engineering and heating systems?

Yes, we stock spare parts for electrical equipment (e.g. relays, contactors, circuit boards) as well as for heating and sanitary systems (e.g. heating mixers, valves, non-return valves).

If a product is not currently listed, can you still procure it?

Simply contact us by email or Whatsapp and, if required, we can also source products that are not currently listed in the online shop or are currently out of stock.

How can I place a tax-free B2B order?

To do this, you must enter your tax details (VAT) under the address section during checkout. These will be verified and, if valid, you will be able to place your order tax-free.

Is payment by invoice possible?

By paying via Klarna, you have the option to complete your purchase using an invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders received by 1:00 PM on weekdays will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders received later will be shipped on the next business day.

Within Austria, we deliver within 1 business day, and to Germany within 2–3 business days. Deliveries throughout the EU are also reliable, with delivery times varying by country.

Note:
For freight items weighing 40 kg or more, the delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, after shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
